Prue Chapman of In-Sync Business Consulting was significantly influential in the smooth change of management of the New Zealand College of Early Childhood Education.
Prue provided the incoming new management of the College with detailed maps of key business processes. Prue was proactive in ensuring new staff understood these processes to enable continuity of operation. Areas for both short and long term development were identified and constructive recommendations were made. Prue liaised with key funding agencies to ensure continuity of income. She was a quick learner displayed high levels of awareness and initiative. Potential problems were identified and proactively solved.
Following the transition of new management Prue continued to map student management processes. She was also involved in establishing new staffing structures and the appointment of staff.
