Fiona joined In-Sync Business Consulting in February 2008, having spent the last ten years establishing and managing a number of distribution businesses. Prior to this she held various finance roles with banking institutions in London, San Francisco and New Zealand.

Fiona has had a diverse range of finance, administration, sales, marketing, and business process experience. She is an experienced manager of staff and has a flair for building relationships. "I especially enjoy enlisting the right people, problem solving, and creating change to improve business practices."

Fiona provides a positive, prompt, no-nonsense approach to the task at hand while developing and understanding the people skills that surround her in each assignment undertaken.
