Fiona has over five years experience as an HR Advisor and Consultant. She has lead the implementation of new initiatives; has a strong focus on learning and development, has developed and implemented policies and procedures and provided advice and coaching to Managers leading teams. Fiona has human resource experience in professional services, manufacturing and software development companies.
