Prue is the founding director of In-Sync Business Consulting. Her vision is to provide competent management capability, on a project basis, to organisations looking to improve their business performance.

Prue has over 20 years business experience, in a variety of industry sectors including technology, professional services, transport, education and health. Her career includes many years in a variety of management and leadership roles, including general management, accounting, information systems, business process design, human resources, and customer support.

Prue is passionate about improving business performance. She has considerable experience in getting to the heart of issues and making recommendations for improvement. "I love helping people take their business forward, working together to create solutions, and staying focussed through to resolution". Prue is noted for building strong teams and leading change programmes to successful conclusions.
